Hello and welcome to my blog. 

My name is Carol and my favourite place to hang out is in my basement, lovingly referred to as “my craft cave”.

I love making things.  My daughter told me about Etsy, an awesome website where so many talented artists sell their handmade products. Not long after this wonderful discovery I opened a shop of my own…  achristmascarol  I love Etsy and wish I could spend so much more time there but I do also have a full time office job.

If you’ve ever made anything, you know the sense of pride you feel when you’ve finished a project.  I’ve heard so many people say “I could never do that”.  That just is not true. With the proper tools and knowledge I think we can do anything!!!
